Robrob
73 240z L28et from 82/83 Motor is stock. Ok, I posted on ZCAR last week after I found my injectors were not squirting. Somebody helped me out and told me what wires should go where and I now have injectors that squirt, but I still can't get the thing to start. I went back through and checked all of my connections and grounds to make sure everything is connected correctly and I also cleaned all of the contacts. After that I tried starting again. It sounds like one cylinder fires immediately as soon as I start cranking, but that's it, and it only fires once. I swapped out the ignitor, and still nothing. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks
Kash
Are you getting spark from the coil? If not, check for proper ground to the coil...
JSM
Was the distributor removed? If so did you put it back in correctly?

woldson
Fuel, spark. Next timing. But check spark at the plug frist. On a side note, why come here if Zcar was able to help you so far?
Robrob
Fuel, spark.Next timing. But check spark at the plug frist. On a side note, why come here if Zcar was able to help you so far? From my experience, I get quicker responses here on HybridZ. I wanted as many ideas as possible, and I found that for myself, it's easier to search here. Larger knowledge base on this forum, and less flaming compared to Zcar. And thanks again. I do appreciate the help...from both forums.
