Zed2k
Just wondered if anyone has the same thing going on my wideband shows 12.9:1 at idle but my megasquirt screen shows 13.9:1 looks like it's running like this across the scale cars going really well, but want to get the best out of it, maybe i should recalibrate the LM-1 and recheck as I don't want to be tuning wrong!! Can anyone give me a run down on the exhaust gas settings in mS1 extra + edis. What do you think!!??
big-phil
there is something in the manual about this. I think you need to make sure your grounds are all tied in at the same point as far a gauge, wideband, and MS?? Mine also reads a bit off, but not that much. Also make sure you chose your wideband under the car1 setup or one as close as possible. Its been awhile from when I went through this, so I can't remember everything. Zed2k
Thanks will ckeck it out, I saw in your last Vid you had shielded the fuel rail, did this help much? as mine is suffering from heat soak, when left for about 15 mins, runs really lean for a while, once started then is ok after a short while. Don't sell it!!!

datman
Hi Nick, mine does this too but not as bad, I think its about 0.4 out. Like Big P said it's probably a ground issue unless you don't have the wideband output set right or the setting in MS right. I power mine from the Cig socket so I'm guessing that's why it's out a little. My first sensor just died giving an 04 pump cell error...I always forget to switch the thing on when I'm driving, I should really finish tuning the top areas of my fuel tables and take out the wideband. Are you going to take it to RWYB anytime soon?
Zed2k
I have just got it flying as it seemed to be bogging down under boost and running out of steam I was running 10:1 on the wideband, have leaned it out now and she really flys, just a little worried, at least it's real reading is on the richer side than what Meagasquirt is showing. X64v
My LC-1 reads dead on in Megasquirt. Make sure they're grounded to the same point and have the correct settings in the Megatune configurator and you shouldn't have a problem.
Zed2k
I have my configurator set to # set INNOVATE_0_5_LINEAR "Innovate, PLX 0-5V 10-20:1 AFR" to use my LM-1 is this right!! I suppose I could use LC-1 setting but it says displays lambda?
X64v
Use the LC-1 setting, it still displays A/F.
Zed2k
Ok will try that and check the grounds, and let you know the result.
