Milky Oil (OH NO!)

But VERY strange milky oil. Z31 non turbo car. I pulled the valve cover to intake manifold hose off to check it wasnt cracked or leaking vaccuum. Inside it was a white milky oil. On the place where it goes into the manifold and into the valve cover, these are both with the milky oil as well.

So I check the oil on the dipstick and it was clean and clear.....

Any ideas on why there seems what looks like isolated water in the oil?

Cheers

Had the same problem with my LS1. Thermostat was stuck partly open so the car didn't fully warm up driving it back & forth a short distance to work in cold weather. Just got hot enough to evaporate the moisture in the block and have it condense in the fill tube. Once I changed the thermostat the problem went away.
