reintr0ducing Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 when i start my car the amp gauge sits still but when i turn on lights it twitches and when i rev the engine etc, it starts creeping up towards the + side. i don't remember if it was always like that... hahaha. i thought it was the voltage regulator so i swapped it out, but it still does the same thing... anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? it's an L28 swapped 240z btw. waddiejohn Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 My 71 240 will do that exact same thing whenever anything electrical is operating, even the turn signals.
