ReefsRocket
I do not like to post threads at all but i could not find this answer anywhere I looked. SIMPLE question,Are the mounting points the same on each block? I found an engine at a friends junk yard,If i wanted to build a vq35de should i use the pathfinder block to save some money? evildky
I'd imagine the block casting is the same but the mounts and brackets will likely differ, much like the Z31 and the VG pathy
Pharaohabq
yeah the mounts are different, the pathfinder mounts sit the engine higher than the Z mounts. they bolt on so they're easy to change. You might also look at maxima mounts, they're similar to the Z, but the rear is pretty different. I dunno about G35..
