If you didn't you should cut out and replace whatever is rusted, to save yourself headache in the future. Correct me if I'm wrong, just looks like the same pieces in the before and after picture. Same piece on the drivers side... I just realized the before pic is the passenger which I am replacing.. The drivers side cleaned up nicely.
