I have a 77" 280z (just got yesterday!!!) and the car will rev. fine as im sitting still. but as i took it down the street it wouldnt rev. past around 4,000-4,500rpm just fell right on its face!just wondering what all i need to check? Mofugger Posted November 14, 2008 Author Share Posted November 14, 2008 so i dropped the tank today and its pretty rusty so ima clean it out tommrow and it already had aftermaket fuel pump in it..it had some rust clogged in it so i got all that out to.but i have a question. in the tank there is cylinder in there that the lines run to. is there a screen in there and if so how can i clean it? thanks for the help guys sorry again im new to the 280z world but i know my way around my 240sx a little haha..might go up for sale.i was in the middle of the truck conversion though!
