janaka
There is something called a Cable-X box or something to that effect that you can get to translate the mechanical to the electrical signal. I think MNOEL (sorry i may have misspelt that) did it for his swap.... check it out.
2eighTZ4me
If I recall, Tony D used a 240SX speedo sender in the tranny in place of the mechanical sender. I can't tell you details, as I read it a while ago, but I believe with the proper amount of searching, you can find the thread. Believe it was a simple fix. Good luck! superduner
ok so i read about it and im puzzled as hell as to how to make that custom made cable with the 240sx part. Is there anybody who could make it for me ? and how much would you charge me ? i will be running an RB25det in the nearby future. so i think i should be able to go into electrical speedometer without the conversion with that engine. but il be running the L28 series engine in the meanwhile.
