attworth
Does anybody have a picture of the heater/coolant hoses coming out of the firewall on the passenger side of a 280ZX? Mine's an 81 if that makes a difference. While poking around last night, I noticed that two hoses were unhooked with no apparent "home" in sight. I seem to remember the heater working, so this is odd.
nismopick
There's some good pics in the Haynes manual and http://www.xenons130.com Here's a pic from my cardmain page. One line goes to the head, one goes to the back of the timing cover (above the alternator).
attworth
I checked my FSM but either couldn't find the right page or I wasn't looking in the right spot. The area in question is directly in front of the fire wall about 3-4inches away from the block on the passenger side. Can't really tell what's going on it your pic, but I do appreciate the help. HowlerMonkey
Nice.........I noticed that nobody here mentions that setup in the diagram but rather the two hose system from the 1981 and older cars.
attworth
Thanks Nismo. I was able to track that page down in my FSM. Not sure how I missed it the first time.
