GrenadeZ
HELp!!!! Symptoms: oil bubling at intake manifold car misses wont idle SMoke (lots and lots) once above 3,000 rpm the car flys and really takes off, but it rarely climbs that high, even in neutral. I just replaced the tps, and Im looking for vaccum leaks, fuel filter and etc. Is there any obvious problem (Im waiting for someone to tell me this car is F8*ked) or should i keep on with trying to narrow down what it is wrong. Car is a 1981 280 zx NA, I have the efi bible on hard drive and am reading for the 7th time as we speak. Please any relevant info or advice is appreciated, I have searched and will search further, but the only dumb question is the one that is never asked. Thus, I ask. thanks, Marcus
nismopick
oil bubling at intake manifold The intake manifold is a large unit. Could you narrow down WHERE on the intake "oil is bubbling" ? Front... back.... near the head... near the egr... near the throttle body... ya know....
