I'm in the process of putting a 1983 280zx engine in my 240z and I will like to know a few things. First I will like to know what's the engine compression on a 280zxt engine as I will be testing this before installing and what are all the modification and will be expecting to do before and after this swap? alexdeprat Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 If my memory is correct I think the stock dished pistons on the P90 head is, 7.4-1 I could be wrong. Check the Turbo/Supercharge Section on the Forum (http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=84860), perhaps you can find a more accurate answer.
