svr240 Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 I've been looking into this as well and this thread suggests the closer the better... and since its from 2005, I'm assuming directly attached to the fuel rail has worked well and will try it myself. Effect of FPR mounting location on AFR's (long) Also, this car/engine was in the for sale section a little while ago (it sold quickly) with the FPR on the rail, so I think you should be fine.
