Take a look at http://www.nissan.com to find that out. but you shouldn't be worried. It's a totally different reason for "infringement" with the domain name issue and what you're doing here. eh? Posted January 28, 2009 Author Share Posted January 28, 2009 Yea the first time I saw that was about 13 years ago . I can't believe it's still going on. Oddly enough I don't feel sorry for the guy, I'm sure a settlement could have been done a long time ago. It's a case of David vs Goliath but both are running for profit businesses and I really have a neutral position on the case. I root for the little guy, and Nissan is my fav too.... but you can't contest with a guy who has "Nissan" in his family name and got to the end of the race first.
