wickiewicked240z
I have been thinking of selling the 240z you guys may have seen my car progress coming along. Just wanted to know how much can I sell it for? I know with the current economic situation its going to be hard to sell it. The reason for trying to sell is that my dad is helping me get a house, with alot of foreclosure homes in the area we are trying to get a great deal. I would rather have a house of my own than having the 240z and wasting money on it. I have qualified for $104,000. there is a 4bedroom 2bath house with a pool and pretty big back yard for $89,900. that we are interested in. sundance
Buy the house !! You can always found or build another Z. Nice cars like your's are still selling for a good price. Good luck house hunting.
cockerstar
Buying a house is the financially responsible thing to be doing, but if you can keep the Z in the process I would vote to go that round. If it's necessary, so be it, but whenever one of us sells a car we know we're taking a hit on it.
dsommer
Kick the car to the curb, get a house. You're right NOW is the THE time to buy!!! Be aware though, don't get an (ARM) adjustable rate mortgage.
wickiewicked240z
I know my dad just purchased another home early this year for around 100,000 but gave $30,000 down payment cause it was investment property not a primary residence. BayAreaZT
You now also get a $8000 tax credit as a first time home buyer. Pretty good deal. Don't worry too much if you have to sell your Z. I'm on my 3rd Z after selling my previous ones for various reasons. I may be selling my current Z for the same reason as you.
