gpchris
Hi, im currently swapping in a 5speed 240sx trans into a 76 280z. I looked it up and it seems like a pretty simple swap. Some machine work is required but nothing i havent been through before. I pulled the trans tonight, Im going to remove the bellhousing tomorrow and pick up the trans the following day. Machine work will get done over the weekend and I'll hopefully get it up and running by next weekend. Any tips or suggestions? Ill add questions to this thread when they come. Write ups are welcome! Thanks - Chris
AK-Z
I'll take the 240sx bell housing if you are going to just chuck it.
evildky
don't forget the custom driveshaft, I didn't care for the angle it placed the trans at, I upgraded to the T5
