RB26powered74zcar
Stoopid question I know, but I'm leaving in the a.m. for a long trip and I want to take a spare. Thing is, I have never tried, or heard if the stock steel Z spare will fit since I have AZC brakes front and rear. I really hate to have to pull the CCW's to try the fit of the stock wheel. Can anyone that knows for sure please chime in before tomorrow a.m.. I have never worried about a spare before, but now I'd like to toss one in the hatch if possible.... Sorry for the dumb question... I'm allowed one now and then, huh...
240hoke
Pretty sure your gonna need a 16" wheel to clear, so no a 14" stock spare is not going to cut it. Pack some fix-a-flat

Pack some fix-a-flat Thanks for the quick help Hoke! I guess I'll do exactly as you suggest. I hated the thought of dragging that ol POS rim and tire anyways. My tires still rub when I weigh the car down, as I've not cut the fender arches yet... I'm waiting on them magical BMFCF flares first... Nah... heading West to meet up with TimZ. He is working down in Uvalde TX (6hr each way), doing some engineering/testing work for Ford Motor Co., and will be at their test track. I talked him into letting me drive over, and this Sunday, He will offer His vast Electromotive Tec3 knowledge, and together, we are going to finally put a proper tune on my Z. Beast part is, so far, it looks as though we will be doing the tuning on the track.... so no worries about traffic /police.... We can do all the wide open throttle runs we want..
