stravi757 Posted August 24, 2009 Share Posted August 24, 2009 im trying to replacing my diff bushings but i cant get the mustache bar to lower enough. can anyone tell me the proper procedure to getting the old bushings off. im a little stuck. so far i have unbolted the nuts that are directly under the bushings and the nuts that go into the differential itself. stravi757 Posted August 24, 2009 Author Share Posted August 24, 2009 nvm, i figured it out...it was a pain in the ass though, when i took the mustache bar out the bushings still would come out. i ended up using a torch to get the old bushing out.
