opie Posted June 25, 2002 Share Posted June 25, 2002 I found a late 78 built zx today with a 200 Kilometer/hr speedo and has the small print up to about 120 mph in the background. Posted this on Zcar if anyone would be interested in it and yo2001 posted saying he needed one reading 140 at least. SOOOoooOO...I was wondering, could I have this recalibrated to read the K/h as if it was M/h? You know 120 K/h seen on the dial would actually be 120 M/h (on a closed course, of course of course ). Guest Aaron Posted June 25, 2002 Share Posted June 25, 2002 In a Hot Rod mag 10+/- years ago they offered a tip for camaro owners to get a canadian 200 k/hr speedo, recalibrate it to be m/hr and paint of the k/hr, only leaving the numbers.
