BURLEIGH
Well I'm starting on my first project of this kind. It will be nearly 100% hand fabricated with just a few basic tools. I borrowed a cheap pipe bender from a friend to help out. Heres a few pics of the first stage, I will post up more as it progresses. I am trying to get it ready for a Christmas present to my son... Any comments and/or suggestion are very welcome!! Thanks for looking! -Richard
BURLEIGH
Just got the hardest part done... The rear swing arm. Getting the two side symetrical was tough! They still aren't prfect, but not too bad for working on a wavy, dirty, concrete floor with a cheap bender...

BURLEIGH
Thanks! Well, he's only nine so I'm starting him out kinda small... It's a Honda CB175 twin! Should be fairly peppy for a little toy... Heres a couple more pics. I changed the shape of the piece that goes from the bottom of the frame up to the neck just a bit. I think is looks a little better anyhow...

BURLEIGH
Well, I've been a little busy and haven't had time to get too much done, but here's a little progress. I've got a few parts on order so hopefully I can get the rest of the main frame put together soon...
