Guest Anonymous
Hey Ya'all . I have a 77 280 coupe with a real "Scarab" Kit in it and have all the factory A/C installed controls and evaporator and condensor installed BUT... I need a LOW mount A/C bracket and compressor for my Chevy LT1 . The motor has a long style water pump and headers. My Alt. is mounted on the Left side (pass) and would like to mount the A/C on the bottom drivers side. Does anyone have any part numbers or can fab one? Any help at all. I have had this car with a V8 in it since 1979 and really love it BUT, I wanna Be COOL! coyman@coastalnet.com
Phantom
Try www.hotrodlane.cc. They have all kinds of mounts for accessories.
Mike C
Most people who run an LT1 in a narrow car wind up with the Corvette accessory drive that puts the AC high and to the drivers side of the compartment.
