Most these days are using the "euro" bumpers that done have the rubber or the vertical bars. My bumps look exactly like that picture and are 100% stock (minus the shiney new chrome). As far as the valance, I dont have one on mine yet. Still weighing my options and trying to scrape together some cheese.
