slownrusty
Will watch the video later at home, but ALWAYS loved Colin especially when he drove for Subaru. His driving style was described as "Reckless" alot, but loved his fury when he drove but was yet VERY calm by his facial expressions (even whe he crashed a car and was climbing through the windshield!!) and always had a great demeanor on camera, an overall A+ stand-up athlete and guy! The late '90s (and before) to around 2005/6 was my favorite WRC times. RIP Colin! The way he died really saddened me and he lost a son in that helicopter crash as well. Roostmonkey
I seem to remember a story where he broke a pinky finger and it was causing so much pain he offered to amputate it to continue racing and maintain his points standing. Dedication of a madman. RIP
cygnusx1
Colin was the best. He was my favorite driver. He gave 110% all the time. Again, I highly recommend picking up a copy of his old Rally Simulator for PC, it's the best.
Nigel
Best racing in the world! I love how the direction of the steering wheel appears to have no correlation to the direction of the car. Nigel '73 240ZT

cygnusx1
Butt steering! Like when we used to go down a snowy hill in the woods on a garbage bag. It's really second, and third order, driving. He is steering the derivative of direction.
