CAROLINAZMAN
Car had a sputtering/backfiring problem. Replaced aftermarket cold airintake with oem unit adjusted mass airflow sensor. Got rid of the backfiring. Now the car cuts off after running/driving for a few minutes. Have had 3 months of different work preformed no luck any suggestions? FlatBlack
You need to check your temperature sensors, but before you do that, adjust your AFM back to the stock settings. Search for the "EFI bible" and read through it. Or check your FSM.
Daeron
I'll throw you a bone and let you know that the thermotime sensor is one suspect high on your list. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=135748&highlight=efi+bible+step
Sparks280zt
Where in SC are you located? There is a guy in Rutherfordton, NC who does pretty well working on stock Z's. I have used him several times and he knows the stock fuel injection pretty well, oh, and he is very cheap.
