Mayolives
I often read post pertaining to problems with venders but rarely read comments pertaining to the good ones. My good experience with Longacre Racing Products is worth mentioning. Over the last several years, I have purchased a number of items manufactured by Longacre and until recently, I have never had a problem. My Acculevel, caster camber gauge is now several years old and has been used very little. When I last tried to use it in order to do some setup work on my car, the digital gauge was giving me crazy and inconsistent readings and bounced from a few degrees to 50 or 60 degrees. Long story short, I sent it to Longacre repair and just knew that it would be fixed and then returned to me with a healthy repair bill. To my surprise, the tech. department called and said the gauge was in fact not working properly and they were sending me a new one free of charge. No fuss. No muss. Longacre really took care of business and I will continue to do business with them. They have good products and obviously, care about their customers.
