No. Suspension has nothing to do with. Windy roads have everything to do with increased gravity pull on banked turns. You see, when roads are built, the construction emphasizes on greater force of gravity on banked turns. This, in turn, causes our cars to stick to the ground like glue. Periodically, you need to add Newton-Joule (commonly known as NJ-5 type fluid in automotive stores) to your shocks as the viscosity of the fluid breaks down. Kind of like oil changes
