monk3y Posted July 17, 2010 Share Posted July 17, 2010 I recently picked up a '78 280z really cheap, well long story short it is getting about 85 psi in all cylinders. I put a cap full of oil in one of the cylinders and that brought that cylinder up to about 120. I am assuming that the piston rings are shot would this be a valid conclusion?
