jzd14 Posted June 11, 2002 Share Posted June 11, 2002 what is the best way to obtain a louvered hood? should i try to graft some louvers from a 280zx onto my 240z (i don't have much body work experience so i'm not sure how difficult it would be) or should i just try to obtain a louvered 280z hood to replace mine? Guest zfan Posted June 11, 2002 Share Posted June 11, 2002 Hey I did mine the easy way. Just pull the hood and look up a fab shop and have them punch the hood for you. I think I paid two bucks a louver plus repaint. Four hundred to punch hood and paint. They can do 3 or 4 inch louvers. Mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
