Josh280z Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 Right now, I have replaced the timing chain on my L28 in my '79 280zx. A buddy of mine helped me with it, he knows a little more about engines than I do. We turned the lower crankshaft gear approximately twice so we could line up the chain.
