lorenzo
Anyone using a slip-on spacer(s) on their stock 280z and not having any issues? If so, what size are you using? Would 5mm be the thickest I could go on stock wheel studs without having to change to longer ones? Thanks

Thanks It all depends on the wheel. 5mm should be OK but you'll have to test fit and make sure the stub gets to the end of the nut or engage at least 5 full thread turns. Thanks John, only 5 full turns, wow I thought you needed at least 9 turns. I should be okay then, if I remember right I am getting close to 7 turns. Need to check again. My whole issue stems from inheriting a Z whose wheels came with +3 offset on 3 wheels and +10 on the fourth wheel. My thinking in using a 5mm spacer is to turn the +10 offset wheel into a +5 so it is more even with the others.
