nissun1 Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Heres a little story about this car. About 2.5 years ago i bought my 73 240z with intentions of repairing some rust issues. Now at first i started thinkin ahhh i need to repair the floors then after that it was repair the battery tray then the rear deck lid and so on and so on. That is until i said to myself the hell with it lets do a whole restoration and a ls swap..and thats where we begin thats just the beginning! the project jus picked up again this year! greghassen Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 there is alot of rust on that car. it's not a blue and gold vintage calif plate so it may have spent some time in the rust belt before coming to calif. what the heck is that little spray bottle, por 15? I agree....i made sure the welds/metal was thick enough and so far its held up after a year!! right now im in the process of finding a roll cage kit that i can weld in somewhere around 10 point with some modifications of course so i can get in and out of the car easily.
