Administrators RTz Posted March 2, 2011 Administrators Share Posted March 2, 2011 When posting pictures, please be considerate of other members. Overly large pictures are often not necessary, and can be taxing for many members internet accessibility. If a hi-res picture is necessary to deliver your message, please feel free to post it (a size warning in your subject title will be appreciated by most). If a smaller picture will do the job, please reduce the size. In short, please post picture sizes appropriate for the discussion. Thanks, Staff
RB26powered74zcar
Bump. Please pay attention to this request! I have been deleting images and asking that they be re sized. Lately, the sizes being posted ( above 1024 x 768 ) are simply to large. Thank You for complying.
rturbo 930
I am glad to see this enforced. I might add, if you use photobucket, you can set it to automatically resize them to 1024x768 when you upload photos. Makes posting and resizing photos much, much easier IMO. Other photo hosts may have an option as well, but I haven't tried them.
RB26powered74zcar
Please adjust the settings on your phone / camera to take pictures at 1024 x 768 mega pixels, or, please re size images to: 1024 x 768 pixels or close, before placing on HZ. Images that are 1.5 to 2.8 megs and larger are simply too large and will be removed. If you upload them at http://www.picresize.com/ or http://bluefive.pair.../pixresizer.htm or any of the other free sites, there is an option to resize them right on the website. Thank You! Administrators RTz Posted August 14, 2012 Author Administrators Share Posted August 14, 2012 Guy's, we've been asking for over a year and a half now. Times up. We're starting to delete super sized pictures. Please take a moment to size your pictures appropriately before posting. Thank you.
