  1. ok so i just stumbled across this and i emailed kim at rota. he emailed me back the next day saying the group buy is still on. if you read from the beginning of the thread to about page 20 thats all the info you need. the rest seems to be people like me stumbling across all this. from what im getting out of all this is you can order rota RBr style rims in the size of 17x9 -13 offset or 17x9.5 -19 offset. will fit with coil overs and stock springs. you wiil need to trim a little bit and most likely need flairs.

  3. I was just thinking today after surfing the website. just using oem parts. built from a l24 to l28et What is the best combo for a complete oem build? I was thinking f54 block flattop pistons p90 head early cam from a n/a motor turbo, n42 non egr intake. Am I missing anything im sure I am. Oh and turbo oil pump of coarse. This sucks typing all this on your phone

  8. So would a stock N/A motor fron 1982 have a p79 head? What did they use for a N/A block? What numbers? I just bought a 83 turbo motor with a p90a head not knowing i might have turbo motor minus the turbo, but why would someone use a p90 on a N/A motor? If I already have a turbo motor in my car all I would need to do is throw on efi stuff, turbo and the wireing harness and in good right?
  9. hey so i bought a 260z with a 280zx motor in it. the motor was converted to carb and has the stock smog exhaust from the 260z on it. im dont know where to look for the block casting but the head is a p90 for sure. my questions are was this motor a turbo motor at one point? did they make a n/a motor with a p90 head? how can i tell if it was a turbo motor?
  10. has anybody ever had a problem with the afm plug having a bad connection? im thinking about cutting i off and splicing a new one on..... any suggestions?
