has anyone done business with this fiberglass company?

I bought a G-nose from him a year or so ago that he had on Ebay. It looks like crap. The worst job I have seen of any part reproduced. Its wavy, warped, very poor quality. He had all kinds of excuses but didnt want to make me another one. He was going through some employee changes or something. I would'nt buy from him again, but thats just my experience with ZFiberglass. -
thanks for the info, i appreciate the help.

Clifton, The Car Looks Great. I Hope Your Overall Happy With The Rear Flares. They Make The Car Look Totally Different From The Rear, Than The Other Flares Did. Its A Great Look And Keep Us All Posted On The Events You Attend.

If you will go to search and type in IMSA 5 peice kit, look on the last page of that thread. There you will find the car I think you saw. By the way, I also sell that kit on the car you are looking for. If interested call me at 423-650-5110 or send me an email thru HYBRIDZ.

Mike I Think The Rear At The Back Of The Door Started As A California Z Kit And Went Full Custom Across The Back. I Will Try And Scan Some More Of The Pics I Have So You Can See All The Way Around The Car. Maybe Someone Has Seen This Car And Can Post A Response.

I purchased a G-nose from ZFiberglass off of Ebay. There shipping is outrageous and the quality is as bad as I have ever seen. I'm probably looking at 40-50 hours of work on this nose. I'm comparing the time I spent on the 5 peice IMSA kit to the nose I received from ZFiberglass. Give me a couple weeks after the holidays coming up and I will have a perfect nose to sell with or without the 5 pc. kit

Check out my post on the five peice body kit. Its the IMSA kit I currently sell here on HybridZ. Thanks for looking. Roger 423-284 5894

has anyone done business with Z fiberglass?
240zttv8 replied to OlderThanMe's topic in Body Kits & Paint
if i could get a hold of them i would and express my anger for the part we recieved then i would, but when noone will answer the phone it is hard to do. im sure they produce fine products, and im sure they spent a lot of money for the molds they have but all i know is the g-nose looks like crap and its definitly not worth the money we spent. i hope that you guys have better luck with your parts , but when you buy a piece that should be ready to primer and paint then thats what you should get, i also understand that its hard to get some pieces perfect, as we have also ran into the same problem with the IMSA kit. but we have taken our time and tried our best to fix the little imperfections so to make sure that when you guys get it then you will not be displeased as we have been with the g-nose. -

I Had Bought The G-nose From Them {Z-FIBERGLASS}VIA(e-bay), And When I Got It I Wish I Hadnt Of Wasted My Money Or Time. The Nose Is Wavy All Over And Will Need Some Serious Attention In The Bondo Department. The Buckets Are Not Round(more Like Oval At The Headlight). I Am So Mad At The Quality Of This Product That I Have Tried To Call Everyday For A Solid Week And Noone Ever Answers The Phone. They May Have Roducts That They Are Selling That Are In Great Shape But I Know I Paid 810.00 To Get This Item To Me And It Definitly Wasnt As Simple As Primer And Color And Bolting It On. This Piece Is Going To Take A Lot Of Work To Get It Right To Look Like It Should, So Please Beware Of The G-nose Especially. -
Jerrit-I am working on a Zebra kit to fit the s30(70-78) body. This kit looks somewhat like the Tomahawk kit. You may want to delay your purchase of the Thunder Ranch kit and wait on the Zebra to hit the market. Just something for you to ponder. I have already got the widebody kit into production as we speak. Take a look at this kit also.

I have the IMSA widebody kit that everyone wants for their Z. This kit is about 15-18 years old and never installed. I have been collecting Z parts for about the last 30 years. I bought this kit from Alan Proctor whom I believe was living in Texas at the time. I met Alan at the Z convention in St. Louis. I'm not sure but I think I paid about $1100 for this kit not including shipping. I have a friend of mine that has a fiberglass shop that I'm going to take this kit to and get a price on having molds made. And then price what the kit would be to produce for all 5 pieces. There are both front fenders and rear quarter overlays with an air dam that intergrates into the bottom of the front fenders. I also have the G-nose that could be made for this kit. Along with the whale tail rear wing that has the lip that turns up on the sides. How about a cowl induction hood (skin)that is mounted to the factory hood frame ? Let me know how many would be interested in these products. I will try to get the pics and pricing posted in the next couple of days. Thanks for your interest.

I bought a set of these flares about 20 years ago from a guy out of Texas, I still have them unused. I was thinking about getting a mold taken off of them from a friend of mine that has a fiberglass business. Just taking an interest poll of how many people would be interested in these if I were to get some of these kits made. I think I paid about $1100 for the set of all 4 corners and the air dam. Don't know how much it would be yet, but if interest is high, I will get a price and post. Thanks for replies. I'm located in Cleveland Tennessee.
