Hi Jason, I did the N/A to Turbo. (83to83) If your wires are right. The power transistor is bad. Spent many hours learning the wiring. I used the N/A coil wires for the turbo coil. But, added the Y/W wire along with the B/W for the transistor. If SleeperZ hasn't already given you enough help I can send you pics and fax you the factory wiring diagram. Your car will crank but it won't turn over. Been there done that. It took me two nights to figure out why. I put in a new PT and Vroom she went, (this was after getting one from a wrecking yard that was no good) Your looking at $120.- up, for that one little part that prevents it from turning over. LOL.. I remember how frustrated I was. I knew I did it right but she just wouldn't turn over. Donna

Hi All Is there such a thing as shortening the wastegate rod too short? (Stock) I have no boost controller at this moment. Just the plain old twist the rod that was done on it. As of now, it's boosting @ 8 lbs. So how much more can I twist on stock rod? Thank-You, Donna Hey 240 TT I saw the two Blitz Boost Controllers. $300. and for the Duel $500.

Hello Fellow Zr's, Once again I need your expertiZe in this matter. TEP sold me a Clutch Net 6 pedal clutch. Needless to say the other day I saw what damage it did to my lighten flywheel. I then found out that it should have never been sold to me in the first place! I would like some input as to what some of you may be currently using and for how long... Also, have you heard of Stepping the flywheel? Thanks, Donna

Psst Psst Mr. 240Turbo I am useing Turbonetic and Thermal Flex with T-clamps. I will recheck my hose connections. Some of them was pretty hard to get to. Even with my small hands Also, would carb cleaner spray still let me know where the leak is? Or do I have to bring out the stethosope and listen for leaks. Hi Z'rs I have a question for you. This one has me stumped. I have an 83zxt 2,700 miles w/IC set at 8lbs of boost. As of this moment there is no blow off value. My car has started to make a Psst Psst sound when I shift or push in the clutch while at the higher RPMs. Last night I removed the pop off and closed it off. It still makes that noise while shifting at -3 vaccum to + boost. Can any one of you tell me what's up with this? It Didn't do it before. Does wastegates make noise? Donna
