  2. D83ZXT

    accel injectors

I haven't tried them. I do know that Electromotive(TEC EMS)sells them, but are currently back ordered. They did say Summit sells them also. And they are alot better priced then RC's from my findings so far. Donna
  3. GREAT!!!! Yes ON3GO for our L28ET or should I say L??ET's:) Yes JT, the turbo will remain in the stock location. $750 Turbo manifold w/choice of flange for turbo. $50. for wastegate provision if you want. Also if you would like...$200 for 2200 degree Jet-Hot ceramic coated, your choice of color. Okay TimZ and Joel.. What color did you decide on? TimO went black and I went with chrome finish. Donna
  4. Come on Guy's... We need one more person to get a discount with South Florida Performance. He has three order's as of now. Average of 30% + more flow over stock turbo manifold. Donna
  5. Looks like she's coming along VERY nicely!!! Keep us posted James Donna
  6. Shane, Email me if your interested. I have a set of like new RC's 550cc, been blue printed that needs to go. They have less then 1500 miles on them. Donna
  7. You've got mail! Donna I guess my TEC is working good in his Z :)He's like a little kid!
  8. I will have Sean. My parts are being shipped out sometime this week from back East:) My wastegate was welded into the manifold after having extensive porting done to it. It's been welded similar to TimZ and Joel's . Let me ask to make sure it's okay to send you their pics if you can't wait Donna PS.. If you ever see TimO on the road. Please pass him up good will ya? Luxury.. I forgot! lol
  9. It'll work Jeff in our ZXT's. It what I have now have on my exhaust manifold Donna
  10. Hey Nathan... I was looking at my old Schneider cam specs. Now this was a mild cam for a kinda stock L6 Turbo, it was .460 valve lift intake 270/260 exhaust duration. .050= camlift of 230/220. I never got to run this, but it does show the intake was larger then exhaust. Donna
  11. SURE TimZ... I'll place yours on the Card too! TimO, My numbers might be changing Since we have to wait until they get the Cold Forged in. I have a few question's to bring up after being at Sears Point. And Yes.. You'll Always be on the Left, you're alot lighter then I!!! Darn 240's!!! Why do you think I need more HP lol Donna PS.. what's this LS? ROFL
  12. Mine's been ordered. So I guess we shall see Hey TimO... Would you like for me to order your's? I have this special Credit Card... Giggle giggle.. Gotcha Donna
  13. I am finding this to be quiet interesting. Keep it coming I too had an the durations larger exhaust over intake on the old cam. Now, finding the good old switch-a-roo for turbo motors. lol Z-ya Donna
  14. Nathan, The duration specs on the Elgin is 274 intake 256 exhaust. Above post was both lift and duration on the ISKY. It's being recommended by several cam supplier's plus builders to go larger on intakes. (With info of 3.0 stroked, headwork, 860CFM turbo, with TWM's individual throttle bodies, and TEC.) Richard Isky, Reed, and Elign's like the higher durations on intake over exhaust. Maybe TimO will step in to explain it. I gotta run, I need to CHEER them Z'rs that are going to Sears Point tonight Donna
  15. Two cam suppliers that are recommending this split type of cam design for turbo motors. ISKY's 1).490 intake .480 exhaust w/center lobe @114 (242) (232) up to 7000 RPM's Elgin's 2).532 intake .507 exhaust w/center lobe @112 (sorry my notes aren't here for the .050 break down) up to 6000 RPM's What's your opinion/experience on these split cams? Donna
  16. Oh Oh.... I wonder what's spinning in James' mind now??? Donna
  17. David, You got your 79 done already? Man it must be nice too have your Z up and running so quickly! I saw your (10/24)"yes, the unthinkable happened....again" post about blowing #7 motor, sorry to see that happen. I wish I had mine back in and running I miss my ZX Donna
  18. LOL... Joel How's your beast doing? I am keeping the exhaust valves stock size. Maybe someday TimO and I could swap heads around to see if there's really a difference. I believe he's going to get the same cam as I am. It would be interesting though to see Donna
  19. Hey Sean, Long time no see.... LOL.. Mine? Nahhh... maybe it's the other six L6's on top of all the other race motors he builds. Try getting one built around that Season. Nathan was waiting for me to decide what I wanted to do. First it was repair the damage caused by a broken ring. But I changed my mind, he's building me my stroker. Might as well right? lol How come yours isn't done yet? I have found him to be pretty fast once he has started on them. Luigi, He has access to flow benches. Most defiantly not a problem. Trust me on that I live 30-45mins from HP by Gerolamy.
  20. I was informed that they will be available next week at a cost of $350.00 for the unit. That's per conversation Dennis had with Dave two days ago. Donna
  21. Wow.. that's even higher then my first quote! It was around $2,000-2,200. Have they arrived yet TimZ? Or should I send you more pics And I am not Evil.. lol 45mm throttle bodies (3) 750.00 Fuel rail 229.00 Linkage kit 160.00 Air horns extensions 144.00 Intake manifold 265.00 Shipping 18.00 Total= 1565.00 That's what a Good Friend of mine was able to do for me. I still need to order the air intake box from Car-Tec. Hey James can you get a deal on that? Donna
  22. Well Luigi... I have used Gerolamy's in the past. As a matter of fact, he's now building my 3.0 Stroker Turbo motor. You're correct Nathan is the owner. But his shop is called "HP by Gerolamy" After working side by side with his father since the age of 13. With the continuing successful business that keeps him extremely busy. Something must have stayed with him. Like Father, like Son Donna
  23. ROFL.... Now, how I can pass you, if you're always on the left? Just you WAIT!!! Thanks for the input, I do believe that's the plan for now. Keeping exhaust as stock size. James, thanks for the addition insight. I will discuss this further, while my head is being opened up even more then before. Tim, your right about the larger intake over exhaust cam findings. Boy, wasn't that fun... Talk about flipping durations around.. Hey, at least I know what center lobes to go with my Turbo unit (per Reed) LOL.... I am waiting for recommendations from Elgin's. (faxed motor info spec sheet today) So far, I am leaning towards the ISKY, over Sunbelts $600 cam/springs. That's quite a bit difference in price. Trial and error, but we'll see what works. Tell you what... Why don't "You" buy it, then you can show how it runs on the dyno SEE's....Yummie Hey! Now that's a way to add more weight!!! Since you already know about the bag of cement that I was planning on slipping into your Z.... Me Evil? Nahhhh.... Donna
  24. Ever try going to sleep with motor rebuild running through your mind? Grrr...... Exhaust valves... I am getting confused as to whether or not this should be done. P-90 Street/Race Sunbelt "doesn't" recommend larger exhaust valves over stock. They say the durations of the exhaust valves stays open more then closed. That's from their head flow tests results. Geromaly's doesn't seem to see this necessary either, as long as a street/race port & polished job was done correctly. I do know a few who was has Robello work, and Dave does open them up. Any body else have evidence that larger exhaust valves does make a difference or not? So what give here??? Think that was fun, try going over cams with different people... lol Donna
  25. Manely's with custom swirl design $145.00 for the SS P-90. At least that's what on my estimate right now. If you want, I can find out what my other SS valves cost for you. Donna
