  1. Is it possible the reaction disk has fallen off the piston rod in the booster? This will cause a low pedal and poor modulation.
  2. All those people who say that have too much front bias with that setup (and mostly with a wilwood PV), but has no one actually removed the wilwood PV and had full brake load to the rears and see what happens? The wilwood PV dialled to max (57%), is still is less than not having it all (100%).
  3. They are just 3 washers. The blue electrical tape around them is just to keep them together to make it easier to mount all up.
  4. Has the head been ported? 40mm Webers with 36mm chokes will restrict top end hp on this motor.
  5. I had this exact same problem when I installed the MSA larger front sway bar to my 260z. My engine mounts looked fine, but I was told that after 40 years they may droop a bit and this lowers the engine enough to have sway bar hit oil pump. I replaced the engine mounts with brand new ones and all sorted. So when people say look at your engine mounts, don't bother looking because visually you won't see anything wrong. Replace them and this may solve your problem. Good luck and update us.
  6. I just competed this conversion on my 260Z with these brackets and oddly found that I actually needed to add 7mm of spacing between the bracket and the strut to centre the caliper on the rotor. See pic (spacer is blue). Not a big deal and all is now good, but just interesting that this has not been described by anyone above. I just thought I should mention it here in case anyone else encounters this. It is probably the rotor hat thickness as the rotor seems to be very close to the strut.
