I Want To Get My Car Sandblasted But I Do Not Know Of Any Reputable Company That Will Do An Excellent Job. I Also Need To Know What I Have To Spray On The Car After It Is Sandblasted. Here Is The Situation: I Do Not Have A Garage So The Car Will Be Outside And Covered With A Car Cover. I Was Wondering If I Could Get It Sandblasted And Get It Treated With ????? And Then Painted It Flat Black Or Primer Black. I Wanted To Know What Is The Best Thing To Treat It With After The Sandblast And How To Do It Myself. I Searched The Network But I Couldnt Find Anything On Companys And I Get Confused On What To Use After The Sandblasting Because There Are Alot Of Products And Everyone Has Used Different Ones. I Just Want To Use The Best Product After The Sandblast. I Live In Los Angeles California Does Anyone Know Of An Excellect Sandblasting Company? I Found Gorilla Sandblasting On The Internet , Has Anyone Had Any Experience With Them? Thanks

Thanks for the advice on all the engines. For sure i dont have 26g's to spend on engines alone. well as i keep reading im convinced that the knowlegeable ones are right. My Goals are possible but not for my budget. OK let me redo my wants ok well i want an engine that revs high, preferably toyota or nissan and a four cylinder. I want it to be N/A and i want it to have enough horsepower so that it will be a fast and fun car for the street, i am not into drag racing so i want my car to be a good balance between suspension and motor. Now that i am not specifying horsepower i think my options would be greater. Remember i want it to be a street car and a reliable daily driver. Tp those that said stop watching initaial D i will say that i do watch it and i enjoy the cartoon but i do know reality from fiction. THANKS TO ALL THOSE WITH ADVICE KEPP THAT KNOWLEDGE POURING.

No i definitely do not follow the crowd or else why would i have a 72 240z. No one i know around here has a 240z i have seen some but only like 2. I thought the F20c would be a good choice because it is a reliable high revving engine and one of our HybridZ members recommended it. WHy are you saying i do what is in im just thinking about the possibility of this swap it is only an option. I accept i do not know a lot about engines but thats why this forum was created so we could all try to help each other. I am only here to garner knowledge and share it like many of our memebers do. I just wanted to see what engine choices i might have. I thank all of you who are responding and i hope you continue but please remember no one is perfect and no one knows everything. Well after giving it some thought i decided that the high reving F20C engine is what i am looking for. I found two websites that sell the F20C one is jdm-online and the other is zerolift i was wondering if any of you have done business with them and which one of the two is the best. I live in los angeles california and i also wanted to know if any of you know of any reputable places i can buy the F20C from, here in cali or online. THanks all your help will be appreciated.

well i want to have an engine that has abetween 500 to 650 horsepower. I know that the f20c is a high revving engine but its honda and i would prefer a toyota or nissan. I am also concerned with torque. I want good torque to be able to take off. The car will be a daily driver a street performance car.

well i have been thinking and thinking about the what engine i want to put in my 240z. i have come to the conclusion to that i want an engine that can rev high like up to 11,000 and engine that can take some abuse(by this i mean constant high revving (in the 5 to 7,000 range). I want it to be N/A because i want it to have individual throttle boddies damn i get excited just thinking about the sound. Damn im already getting off track. I would also like it to be a four cylinder or 6 is ok but i would like four preferably and also be available here in the US or in JAPAN BUT i would greatly prefer the US because i want parts to be accessible. I also want it to be a japanese engine like nissan or toyota no rotaries. OH and i changed my mind about doing the rb30/rb26 to expensive and i dont want turbo and 2 expensive, and if something breaks there goes mission impossible to go and find parts. just so we are on the same page when u guys say high rev what rpm range are you talking about? Also i want to shift at high rpm cause im just use to doing that but i dont want to loose engine life. Can u add some more advice on how can have the best of both worlds> which is high rpm shifting and long engine life. sorry if my questions might be basic im new to the game. i really appreciate all your help thanks

I will be swapping an sr20det into my 72 240Z but before i do i want to build the engine from the ground up. I want it to be a high reving engine and it will be for street use. I was looking into the Toda racing kit. Please enlighten my young mind with your advice thanks.
