    thanks for the photos, im going to be tackling this very soon, any tips/hints? (so you reccomend shorting the subframe up front?) thanks for all your information, its helping me out greatly, i know how difficult it can be to capture photos through a build when your also focusing on the project. thumbs up for that.

    you'll be fine using the twin scroll housing, you just wont be utilizing it.

    unless all of thats removed and your just trying to pry it apart? i usually use a big screwdriver to break them loose if theyre stuck like glue.

    should remove the trans mount first along with the driveshaft, then move the transmission back. its a lot simpler to take out the trans with the motor. reason to only taking the motor out?

    yes, i believe it would not be too difficult. you should be able to use the stock sliders from the 914 if you use a strip of steel from back to front. 914 seats aren't too comfortable in my opinion.
