what are the sites for these cus i cant seem to find much for EMS systems. ur help is very appreciated.

some one said the V2.2 would work. i want it to run fuel and ignition complete standalone. im re-wiring my entire car so im cleanin it up and hiding all the wires.

well ive searched and read over and over. and u guys have used them and i havent so i was jus askin for some input. i want to run a MSnSe on my l28ET. its either a MS or haltech. MS seems easier tho. so i was askin whatu guys would recomend sinced uve used them.

what do u guys recomend for MS systems on a L28ET?

yea on my 300zx i put some 350z 17"s and u can feel the diff in the weight of the wheels. u get less accell but a lil more top end IMO

i did read it. smartass i think i might go rb25 tho. i found good prices on them. $2000 for complete rb25 and $3000 for complete rb26

i jus have a couple qwik questions. 1. can i use stock mounts? 2. wheres the best place for mounts? 3. will a all stock rb26 fit in a 78 280z?

i found another way to test the ignitor. put the key in the ON position and on the dizzy take the cap off and pull it out but make sure u dont lose where it goes and put ur coild wire close to a piece of metal i used the bracket for the throttle spring and u turn it. if its all good u should hear the injectors tick and see the spark. and thats where i got with my turbo swap. it ran for a while then i think my ignitor went out. i also herd it could be the CAS went bad. if i figure anyhing out ill let u guys know

it might be the CAS cuz it does that sometimes. i have one from a 300zx it looks the same. would i be able to put that in and see if it works? and i tried to take the old one out and its ike stuck in the dizzy.

ok im new to the whole MSnSe system. im looking to do the setup [retty soon. can anyone give me a base tune to get it running. on pretty much a stock motor (turbo)

i dont have any vacuum lines hooked up. only for my brakes, FPR, boodt guage and a pcv vavle on top of the manifold and the one underneathe it that comes from the block

i changed the tps so i know it works. whats the throttle bypass? if the 2 sensors on the thermostat housing arnt hooked up with that matter? it ran fine the way it is in my donor car

fuel pump works fine, plugs, wires , cap and rotor are all new, injectors ae new, timing is good, tried 2 diff msd coils, and ive checked and checked all the coneections. the only thing i can think of is the 2 sensors on the thermostat housing. but it ran fine with them unhooked on my donor car.

ok on my 280zt it seems like it runs when it wants to. when i was driving it i held it at a steady speed and it started to sputter and bog out then its smoothed out again. any one know anthing that might help me?

ok heres what i been thinkin of. in my 280zt im thinking of a another swap to build up. i really want a rb26 but theres a lot of complications with it. so i decided to get a 7mgte or 2jzgte. which swap would be more realistic and still have room in the engine bay to mod it up?
