  1. its really not that paint chips lie, you have to think about the fact your looking at a small chip compared to a whole car. Ask them for the chip and hold it up to the edge of the door as if it were part of the door. See how it looks to the fender.
  2. i did a search for compound charged. Are there any compound charged l6's? was thinking about doing it on my subaru but it is a dd. was wondering if anyone has done it on a z? and some results.
  3. deffinately do not put color on the enitre panel. if not mixed well the color may be slightly off. if it is a dark blue red scuff would be fine, but i would go with the 1000 grit idea.blend with the gun at a 45 degree angle, clear entire panel. done
  4. just pull the water hose in your garage, wet the walls not the celeing. put a fan at the door and block off the rest of the door with some wood. leave the fan on while your spray not after you spray because the overspray will leave dieback and more trash to buff. if you have a back door on your garage put another fan there to pull air in as well. putl some filters on the backs of the fans. the more air movement the better.
  5. not to burst your bubble or anything, but the comment on . Standing behind the product and no matter what paint you use if done correctly should last a long time but.....no where near true. for the price you are paying on the product. sure you can go with an old saying. you get what you pay for. i am willing to bet that if your car is parked outside in your driveway. maybe it will last a year. the clear probably has NO uv protectant in it at all for that price. if macco painted your car would it last as long as glasuirt , ppg, dupont..... so on and so on about thr higher end higher priced products? never. countless times have a read threads like this on other websites. i have not seen the first person in this thread from 2007 answer in on how long this has lasted for him , have you?
  6. correct me if i am wrong, but isnt the fuel pump from an n/a the same as the turbo?
