I got this car out of the junk yard like this....I paid 700.00$ 4,000.00$ and 7 months later It looked like this... Then I decided to do some low speed aero "mods" like this:sad: After 6 months and some realy bad twists of fate in my personal life I got off my ... and did this as of last night...actualy it took 6.5 hours. And while I was at it I painted and rewired my engine compartment. That took all of saturday.. I think I'm gona go with a pin-on fiberglass cowl hood as I plan on installing a 350 and 700r4 trans this winter. I just gota sell off the straight 6 and 5 speed first!! I only have 60k on the engine and 8k on the trans. 60mm TB, Cam, Megasquirt and Innovative WB O2 also. I want more hp at the wheel. Either I install a turbo or swap the engine out for a V8. Once the car is fixed up(again) It will not be my daily driver any more. Olliver at Z-Specialties(Snohomish, Washington) hooked me up with an original old-school whale tail:icon6: for the rear. Whale tail mock up.... I have been thinking about doing a checkered flag pin stripe decal about 7 inch wide from the front all the way back. My little brother has a plotter and can make me any decal I want!!!!!! any size too!! I should post some of his work as I know he's pretty amped in doing my decals. I was in the shop that makes the engine for this car. Unfortunatly I was not allowed to take any pix;-( I did get to sit in one though!! damn nice American super car!!

I was forced into the back of another car going I-5 south in Everett, WA. I only had my car finished for a week:cry2: anyway I want to go with a 1 piece front clip for my 76z. Oddly enough all my fiberglass parts made it with only a 1 inch crack in the front airdam. My plan is to cut the fenders off just above where I blended the side skirts and then fit fiberglass fenders and a hood combining my front airdam into the mix. I know I can do this just look at the job I have done already... I know its gona take some work but I fear not!! The body kit I already installed I did by HAND. No tools. Only 1 bolt was used to attach the front airdam. I did this because I wasn't shure about high speed deflection of the dam. So if any of you Z guys have make the parts I need please let me know!! Before Paint... After paint..1 week wait. Local Maaco. Nissan #611 with extra aluminum flakes Custom carbon racing seat made just for my ........ Mega squirt install with 60mm pallnet TB I saved this car from the crushers..700.00$usd I have tons of goodies installed. many more coming soon. The car weighs in at 2450LBS. Currently Finishing up with a new engine bay wire harness and paint while the engine gets full rebuild. Will have a shop work the camshaft as well as a turbo oil pump.

I used a mix of type2 and type3 aero kits from MSA. There is only 1 bolt on this entire kit. its on the front airdam in the middle for an extra brace. I have never even done body work before. I just watched some guys at a local tunerbody shop and said "I can do that" I only used Dura glass marine fiber glass resin and glazing putty. NO bondo was ever used in this project. It may not be a show winner but the car definately turns some heads. Now all I have to do is rebuild the motor. It developed a bad rod knock about a week after this pic was taken;-(
