  1. I would like to get in on this. One set with vb option.
  2. 2007 mega cab 6.7 cummins. 22.5 wheels shaved to fit 285-45-22
  3. Thanks for the link. Does anyone have the part nunber for the energysuspension part number to use with the RT mount. Or are all the GM trans mounts the same?
  4. I'm interested in the mount you will be using, do you have any info on it? I was under the impression that most were just using a GM style poly transmission mount.
  5. I have the RT mount but not yet installed. My question is what is stopping the nose of the dif. from tearing the rubber mount used with the Rt mount when going in reverse. I know it doesn't see much stress in reverse but if the nos of the diff. goes up when accelerating forward it should go down in reverse. I would like to have something under to keep it supported from below.
  6. Where did you get the intake ducting? Very clean install.
  7. I think if it is going to see more drag race use the auto is the way to go but for auto x and fun factor manual is the way to go. I have built 2 v8 powered 240z both with the 700r4 with great results and one fc rx7 with a ls1 6-speed combo. The 6-speed was more fun on a daily basis but at the track the auto was easier and more consistent.
  8. I guess I meant the headers that are offered by Jtr that most people are using with the 6-speed cars. Maybe mid-length headers? I just want to know if there are headers that will work with the auto trans.
  9. Can I run long tube headers with a Ls1 automatic combo using the JCI mounting kit.
  10. 1972 240z completely rust free. I bought the car to be a ls1 project from california. I got the car home and started taking it apart for paint. I have a ton of parts including MSA cowl induction hood, kamanari front spoiler, MSA full gasket kit, and Arizona zcar camber plate. The camber plates are welded in so the stock suspension is off the car. It sets on a cradle I made with 6 caster wheels, make moving it around the garage a breeze. I was planning on using the AZC 5-lug brakes and have wheels brand new in the box with the proper offset to fit the stock wheel wells. Wheels are 19x8front and 19x9 rear. I have all the stock parts for the car as well as many part ot listed . The car is taking up space and I need to let it go. I have owned many z-cars and this is by far the best condition I have seen. The car is completely disassembled and will need to be trailered. I have no idea what to ask so give me some idea. I can e-mail pics if needed. If this is in the wrong section mods please move.
  11. 2007 dodge mega cab dually w/cummins diesel (family car) 2005 dodge neon srt-4 (play car till the 240 is done).
  12. Whenever they are ready shoot me a pm I have money waiting. Thanks, Mike
  13. I just measured my sending unit that I got with my 2001 camaro tank. With the arm all the way down(empty) it measures 40 ohms and all the way up(full) it measured 250ohms. I thought all gm senders were 0-90 ohms but I guess not the new ones. I just talked to autometer and they have a programable guage that will work with any sender and its part number 4310. The only issue is its only avalible in a 2 1/16th size. I will be doing water temp, oil pressure and fuel pressure in the dash and mount the fuel level out of the way.
  14. Is there a list to get on for one of these? My car has a 11-17 build date and I would like to get one.
  15. So you think a +35 would be a better offset for the rear?
  16. I'm looking for wheels for my 72 240 project. I am going to use all Arizona z suspension including coilovers 5-lug brake kit and the lower control arms and rear a-arms. I want to run 18x8 +20 fronts with 235-40-18 and 18x9 +40 rears with 265-35-18 . I need to know if the offset will clear. I have rolled the fender lips but no flares.
  17. Do a search for vintage air. There are a few people that have used their kit with good results and have posted pics. You get all new parts to work with and a more modern system. I'm sure you can adapt the zx compressor the the vintage air parts.
