F that man go with a motor that is with tha car the L28 is a great motor... thats my 2 cents... but yea its a hell of a block... ive had no problems and its commin up on 200k.... knock on wood... and thats been with me since 145k lol and it pulls strong as ♥♥♥♥!

In mine when i have tha car on it stays red lol is that like im a tickin time bomb? lol i cant read it.... and if like it shows the tail and its red then that means its out?

I more or less just bought my 280zx and i see in the rear near the diff theres this moon lookin thing and i believe its the e-brake line and when i put my e-brake up it does not really work aka my car starts to drive off... n e ways how do i adjust it? Help would be great.....

well if its an exhaust leak from after the down pipe then u should c a boost in accel... but most likly if u have a ticking noise its your lifters which isnt a big deal till like a year or 2 when u can mrushume the valve... well yea my 2 cents....

the pressure palte forks? if thats what ur talkin bout no tahts what engages the clutch....

yea alternator was bad got a new one and am goin to install it 2 morrow in auto... n e one got any ideas on how to pull this bitch out? and how long it take... plz help me lol....

i just replaced the battery... and now i was wonderin if my charge light doesnt come on im ok right? or is that a fasle fact... is there a way to see if the alternator is workin with out taking it out?

Hi all i have a 1983 280zx and it died on me last night... the car was goin up a semi steep hill at 2k in 5th with no problems then... it hit... the dash was actin all weird (Electric display) and the revs where soundin weird as well... the charge light came on and off... so i get home berly and i wait till the next day... the car doesnt start so i replaced the battery and now its just fine... and well i was wonderin my volts is readin like 13 ~ 14 volts and the charge warnigng light comes on when i start it then turns off and when i put the turn signal light one or the front lights on the needle slightly jumps from 13~14 to like 12 and kinda bounces so slightly there... i just would like the opinions from people that have had,the z longer then me... thanks in advanced...

Hi all i just bought a 280zx and it has a blown tranny.. i picked it up for 600$ the motor starts right up every time, it passed smog, the service light works lol, no leaking T-tops, the digi display works, everything, it comes with a nismo cone intake and front and rear tokicko Stuts and spings... but i was wondering what is SU's? and are trannys hard to replace in z's from what i can see it looks very simple but i have been fooled with my friends 944 and the 911 as well... but any help would be great... and is there a way to change a fuel injected motot in to Carbed? and is it easy and cheap?..... and are there any trix or stupid things that i can do to my car to get a little mote power?
