Hey guys, Sorry I haven't been around much lately, life has a way of changing one's priorities. My wife and I are doing well and have our home mostly put back together. As we rebuild I am trying to upgrade everything to better than it was...kinda like a hot rod. If I have to replace something...why not do it with something better? I'm sure the car guys understand this better than anyone, haha. Everything is taking way longer than I had hoped it would. I noticed at Christmas time not very many homes, on what was left of my block, had lights up, so to spite the tornado I climbed the ladder and hung a few Shortly there after, others did as well. None of us would have won any "Best of show" awards, but in some ways it was the most beautiful lights I have ever seen. I have since returned to school (MSSU) and am perusing a business degree. I have had a life long dream of owning my own business...I will see it come true. My car still sits in my shop waiting on me...I feel selfish wanting to work on it when there has been so much to do here. But, if I don't get to drive a sports car soon, I think my head is going to explode. That used to be a large part of my life, and now has taken a backseat for years. It makes me sad. I would love to start work on it again soon.

Been having problems with this song, we reloaded it twice onto youtube. The sound is just a little off from the video, but plays fine on facebook. Her first video didn't have this problem. Here you go, it still sounds really good IMO...

Would you be even more jealous if I told you, she plays Halo with me, and is as every bit as good as I am. What's even funnier is...she is quiet the lady, nice to everyone. "Oops sorry, I had to kill you." As she owns everyone on the map! haha...good times... Best one ever..."How bout you go make me a samwhich" To the dude who told her to get into the kitchen and make him one. As she owned him. We still laugh at this one.

Yeah, been married almost 4 years and she is still my best friend. Plus, she puts up with my cars, haha. Truly one in a million. One day I hope to get her a 67-69 Camaro...her favorite car.

Ok, a little background info on me and my ride... I bought my lil 240Z many moons ago, about 10 years ago or so. It came with a couple of truck loads of parts as well. I jumped in and started to tear everything apart. It was all stock and I was going to restore it. Well, after I managed to get down to the bare shell I found HybridZ...damn you, haha. Hmmm...maybe stock won't cut it? So, I started thinking V8s, turbos, and bears oh my!...well, maybe not so much the bears, haha. I started buying this and that and my garage over flowithed. Or rather my parents to be precise. Then school, work, and what not took over and it sat. Over the last few years I would find a deal on parts, parts of cars, or whole part cars...and the pile grew. Though now it resides in my shop. But the Z still sat barely touched. Sad in deed. Fast forward to now, I am armed with renewed love/hate/need to get this thing prowling the streets again. I have a large shop that I am mostly moved into, a lil money, and a loving and somewhat understanding wife. She went with me on a 1500 mile around trip to get a few Z parts...God bless her. Current plans now call for the installation of a Turbo Tom onto a 280ZXT engine, with a 5 speed tranny and a R200 diff. I will try and include pics of regular updates and document the install of this rare piece of ol'school tech.

Ok, I have an 82 or 83 280ZXT block. What I am having a problem with is, my Turbo Tom exhaust manifold hits it (that metal water pipe). Was this part ever in a different location? Do they have a different shaped water pipe? Is this piece just pressed in? Can I heat it up, remove, turn, or bend it...then reinstall it? Kinda like a freeze plug. Any thoughts? Thanks! Jason

Nice Z, I am working on a 1971 Z. I have a turbo motor, ms, stock wiring harness, 5 speed, etc. Just need to find the time to install it all. Been moving into a new shop. I am from Joplin,MO. Ever get up this way give me shout. Maybe turn a few wrenches, haha. Jason
