I think that you should do some form of sideskirt next, as it looks weird without anything to compliment the wonderfully fabricated bumper.

Im actually 100% sure that the Z's were made until 1979, where the Zx's took over, until 1983. So what im trying to say is, you have a datsun 280zx

You could be right... I havent really looked thourougly at the car, so im just going by what the previos owner told me...

The body isnt really that bad, some surface rust around the fenders and hatch. The underbody is in really good condition, no holes in floorboards, frame rail rust etc. The car was stored for about 6 years until I bought it.. And yes... It is running... I just need to buy a damn battery.

Swap I guess...

I dont know where to post this, but here is my newly bought 280zx. Try to guess how much I paid for it... Here are the specs: 1979 Datsun 280zx 2.8 Litre Inline 6 5 speed Borg-Warner w/ short throw kit Cold air intake Here are the things it needs: Battery Front Valence Some Bodywork And a hole in the gas tank needs to be fixed. Ill probably be trying to save up until I have enough money to do a good restore job. Also, how much do you think this is worth?

I dont think suicide doors would look good, but I do think that scissor doors would make the Z look super exotic and awesome.

That actually looks super sweet... I keep thinking that it looks like a jaguar...
