I have an '84 300zx, and a bunch of parts left over from when I was young and rich. I am tired of Cameros and that ilk so I've decided to build a strong 327. I have a good block, a lightweight Callies 4340 steel crank, a set of Manley aluminum rods, with JE forged lightweight pistons. The heads are Brodix -10 aluminum I: am just not sure about what to do for a cam and rocker arms. the fuel system is Hilborn Mech injectors, and fire comes from a Joe Hunt mag.
I have all this stuff lying around, but like I said, I just don't have any idea what to do about a cam. Any ideas would sure be useful. I know that wsith the Hilborns that I won't get the idle down below about 2500 rpm so that doesn't bother me. Also the -10 heads have large ports (210cc port volume) This is going to run through a Scheifer alum flywheel, and a T-56 if I can find one. I have installed a used Halibrand quick change rear end. That is about all the info I can offer.
