the engine in an 84 Marquis essentially is a detuned H.O. They do have roller cams and pretty good heads.

Hey all. My driver front hub is cratered. The outside bearing siezed, spun the race and subsequently ruined the hub. My car is a 76 280z. Does any one know where to get another or does anyone have a spare they would sell me? I found a local import repair shop that could order one of 6 they found, but it's a 100 bucks after shipping and tax with no gaurantee of quality prior to shipping. Can anyone help? Dan

no title! 75-78 grille and turn sigs, 5-spd trans, this car while maybe the shell is a 69, is not worth anything without a proper title. Unless anyone sho buys it is either from Alabama or wants to move there to own it. Or if you want to build a race car. NOT WORTH IT!

No Ryan I don't have any advice on dash removal, however I think your car has the one of the two electronic ignitions in it and you might be having a problem there. Years ago my uncle had an Imperial with the same problem and we swapped out the ignition "module" in it and boom! she fired right up. Hope this can help and good luck. I would start there and then the ignition switch if the dizzy checks out. Several minutes later.....Upon re-reading your original post I'm convinced you have distributor problems. Definitely start there.GL

I own a 76 s30 but am looking to pickup a z31 with bad engine (timing belt I think...boo-hoo) and slight side damage for 400 bucksa and I just happen to have a friend who has a VG30E that I know runs strong. I am very excited. The S30 is my favorite car I've ever owned, but it is a beast and I'm looking for something a little more civilized. Will keep you posted.
