I just got a pair of 240z tail lights for my 280z and i need the surrounds. I dont care about the color since ill be painting them anyways. the only thing i care about is that they are not bend in any visible place and that they are cheap.

Any other recommendations for weight of the oil and company? Motul oil seems difficult to find. I couldnt find rotella t6 10w30 only t5. Still thinking about that Valvoline vr1 and if its worth the money. I kind of want too try it since its the first oil change im going on the car and idk what the previous owner was using.

I used Rotella in my subaru and I was very happy with it. I might just go that route since 65 bucks for the Valvoline synthetic is little pricey.

Hi, Im looking for a engine oil and filter recommendation for my l28et. I been researching all the different websites about the oils for that engine and they all give me a different answer. However what I did find was few suggestions to use the 10w30 oil. Im still not sure if I should run full synthetic so I would like to know what other l28et owners use in their cars. Also I seen few people suggest the Valvoline oil as it contains zinc. Any opinions on that? Thanks

Im looking to upgrade the injectors on my l28et. I was thinking something along the lines of supra injectors but then i found new Bosch ones on AZC and JWT that are fairly cheap something like 150 for the whole set. My questions are: which is better to use?, which requires less work? which is proven better? I'll be getting a fuel rail with the injectors but first i want to know which are best for the money. Also do I need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator? Thanks

A lot of people here seem to be using MS. The problem with that seems to be that not a lot of tuner touch MS anymore. Maybe going with a complete standalone would be easier. Also I heard that that Jim wolf tech can make you a custom ecu but the problem I see with that it would make it that the car cannot be upgraded unless you send the ecu back to them to have it modded. BTW where are you located?

From my experience the car running rich isnt the worse thing but to make it run little more lean can save me money on gas and I'll like to improve the throttle response. Basically I was told by the guy I bought the car from to have it tuned. UPDATE: also im planning on stepping up the boost to 10psi

I recently got a 1977 280z with a l28et swap and MS1 v3. I have no idea hot to tube it. Im looking for someone who does. It doesn't if its a shop or a individual, as long as they know what they are doing. The car runs and drives, but little rich. The only mods on the car are AFM delete, inter-cooler, boost controller, boost gauge, a/f gauge, ms1 v3, and soon a full exhaust system. The car is in Newark right now but i can rent a trailer or drive it almost anywhere in NJ. Thanks

Im looking for the plastic strip that goes behind the gauge pod. im missing both of them -
Im looking to get the two a-pillar plastic covers from a 280z in any color as well as the little chrome pieces that are located on top of the 280z's door armrests. Everything would be shipped to 10025. PM me what you have and how much you want for it.
