That reminds me of a time me and a friend were mountainbiking in the delaware water gap. On the way back it was pitch black so we rode home on a road. It was very very mountainous and the road was wide and nice so we went fast, according to my speedometer we were doing 45-50 on the long decents. So all of a sudden I see my friend launch into the air and slide for a good 100feet. It turns out he hit i friggin deer, on a bicycle. The deer was fine, but i cant say the same for him. he was wearing his helmet so his head was ok but his shirt dissintegrated withing the first 5 feet and he had serious nasty roadrash all over his back, arms, and chest. On top of that it took us an hour to find his bike. It was pretty deep in the woods off of the road. Man, that was bad.

somebody said something about a skidpad, and now im curious. I know that Z's handle well, does anyone have one of those G-tech gizmoes and know how many g's there stock or modified z can pull, and if so list your suspension mods and tires. thanks alot

would carbon fiber flex and crack like fiberglass, if not then flares would be pretty sweet in carbon.

just curious, what year is your 300zx?

I dont quite have my Z yet, but I live on the east coast so I most likely will have to deal with rust and I will be putting a cage in at some point, so I think I need to learn how to weld. I have read a pretty in-depth book on welding, and I have a good understanding of what I need and the different types of welding, but I have no experience with it and am not sure wether to get MIG or TIG. I live in Northern New Jersey if anyone lives near me who can help.

yea come on dude, you have to do this so that i can follow in your footsteps next summer. I plan on doing one soon and i want to see a documented ls1 t56 swap. so do it for the rest of us, and yourself.
