so basically if i plan on making a v8z, the 280 would be the best choice and would work with less strengthening of the frame, if any. also one more question, if i have a 280z do i have to be smog legal, because i know with a 240 it predates the laws and you can be as dirty as you want. thanks alot

where is the weight difference between the 240 and 280z made. I ask this because I am looking for one and 280z's are easier to find but 240's are lighter and i am looking to make a very light car. thanks
